This summary describes how the portal currently works. The approved policy will replace it.

What we collect

Your email address, stored encrypted, used only to sign you in.
An optional display name for your passport.
Your passport activity: stamps, keys, points and when you earned them.
Security records: sign-in sessions and an audit log of staff actions.
Anonymous usage counts that never include your email.

Cookies

We use two strictly necessary, secure session cookies to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices and rights

Signed-in guests can change optional consents, download their data and request correction or deletion on the privacy settings page.

Separate services

Ticket purchases happen on tickets.cicpsu.org or at the PSU office, and the alumni portal is connect.cicpsu.org. Each has its own terms. Linking accounts or sharing data between them will always ask for your consent first.
